Thank you Baja, Real touching comment. I had a guy from Hawaii comment with "Much Smoothness" which is one of the highest compliments given.
Don't know how true that is, but I'll take it with that meaning.

Looks to me, like you are doing 'Nuke' grade work amigo. When you are doing it mostly yourself, you can take all the time you should. In a shop, or business, $$ motivation forces short cuts. Things like rain gutters, and seams, get "Bondo Bucket" treatment. The speed of right, should dictate progress, not $$ signs.. Sadly, little details like that are let to slip past the QC inspector, for the sake of budget. Keep doing it right, it looks good..

Thanks Baja! Money is a big factor, but, I had plenty of overtime money to supplement the truck fund! Now, just gotta get my knee fixed (I go in tomorrow for replacement), and I can get back on it, probably be a month or so.

Oh, and we finally got back online, after 3 weeks over the schedule!

2x with Baja,
I've looked through your build pixs and saw that you did find the "0" can of worms when getting inside your build. You've gone one step beyond the average guy with welding skills.

It is good to see that some still value quality. Hope the knee repair is successful, and that they put in the right part. My wife had a hip replacement, and I got to be "Nurse Ratchet".. (remember 'One flew over the coocoo's nest), for about 2 weeks.

Be very diligent with your rehab, and keep after it plenty. People who don't do their physical therapy well suffer later..

We finished at Susquehanna only 2 days late, and I skated out the door on the last Sun. of the outage. The dust was still settling, as I boarded the airplane. Bawwaaa, I missed most of the "Frisk & Shout"...

Speedy recovery Pat. If you're not a fellow cigar smoker you might not understand, but I'll say "Long Ashes Too You".

Just finished sound mat inside my doors... makes a way different sound when closing, and has added 40 lbs to each door... Don't think it will affect my mileage any...

inside of the door done with sound mat

inside of the door panel with foam

Yep, closes like a Caddy now. No more tin bell ringing.. Hardwood arm rests being made as I type, by my local carpenter. Same wood as the bumper, and the steering wheel...

I take it that you might be a teacher, (Teach'Nlive), as is my wife.. Try reading "Tisha", a story about a young girl, in the 20's who goes to Chicken Alaska, to become a teacher... way interesting read...

Ha ha. Good one Baja. Reminds me of the pic below. With the caption "I guess that answers that question".
