They move smoothly and fit perfect!!!

Anymore info/pics on the saturn motors? I like this much more than just buying some kit that i won't be able to get parts for in 5 years.

I'll get some better pics as soon as I get a chance. It was a lot of fabbing and toying with different designs.

Excellent fabrication skills on display, very nice work. My 59 F100 will be a similar theme, very stock/original outside, late model Camaro running gear underneath. With some dog dish Ford hubcaps (minor rust please!) it'll look just like the 56 year old truck it is now, but modern suspension, power steering and 4 wheel disc brakes should make it a lot safer and more fun to cruise in. Really enjoying your build.

So, I am back on it and hopefully will be making big progress for a few weeks or so. As much as there is a lot of room in these trucks..I can say it has been insane trying to tuck away all the needed goodies. Form and function are huge in how I am building this truck. All of the piping flows and all wastegates/BOV/sensors are exactly where they need to be for drivability and power!! Now comes apart the mechanicals and on to getting some metal in primer.

Here is a photoshop of the exact color I will be going with. Interior will be light tan leather with all metal painted tan satin and very little body color trim inside. The inside of the bed will be tan satin paint and trim very similar to the interior and still contemplating the floor. Wood is an easy choice, but am toying with some other possibilities.

What about a smooth brushed stainless bed floor with light tan Maple strips, sort of like old delivery truck style?

I've been tied up lately but am now onto the bed area. I cut the floor and tubs out, cut the frame out from the cab back and making it all from scratch. Keep in mind the radiator, condensor, large e85 tank and intercooler tank as well as air suspension components with full exhaust is a bit trying..lol. I have rails in and next step is plating the inside rails for extra support and then hopefully by next weekend will have the new suspension ready to mock up.

That thought popped in my head. But there is no brushed or wood in the truck....once I start sheetmetaling the bed I'm hoping to have a definite plan going.

Here are a few pics of the new stance. The front will be 1" lower as I still have to modify the lower control arm when I pull all the front suspension back apart. For now most of the suspension is tacked in and plan on getting it all welded in permanent on Wednesday. Hope to get the gas/intercooler tank mocked in on Sunday. That will be a big task as I'm doing sumps and level senors need to be able to get around the frame work too..tricky crap. Definitely has a stance that is pretty aggressive with the bags all the way down. And love the stance at ride height which is what is show throughout the rest of the thread..
