A high volume dealer north of Atlanta has 3 deals. Take the window sticker price shown without discounts. Then apply the following. Bought over the phone and picking it up tomorrow. Said they have 266 trucks and they move 500 vehicles/month.
Cash or outside loan 10K off
FMC loan 11k off
Trade in and FMC loan 12k off
add
499 doc fee
tag/title fee

Agreed. They worked 2 quotes with one using the X plan and the doc fee in that quote is 100.00 as per the X plan rules, 399.00 cheaper. However in the 11k plan I used, it beat the X plan quote by 2682.00 and that was using the 499 doc fee. I didn't feel too bad. The email quotes they send you includes the Ford print out of dealer invoice, dealer hold back, and all the A,Z and X plan #'s. The hold back was 1420 on our XLT. They try to make more at the closing with the ESP's if you want it. We didn't buy any but saw that Flood Ford offers the best rates on line. Found 2015 F150 7/100k, 100 deductible 1280. Less than half of what most dealers charge. You have up to one year and 12k to make that decision before the price increases only 100.00. Over all the best auto buying purchase I've had.

Since I just bought one I might as well add to this:
Attached is my window sticker, MSRP $46,395. Advertised sale price at the "one price" dealer was $34,999 with all available incentives and rebates.
So....
34,999
- 500 - military rebate
- 1000 - direct offer mailed to me for requesting information:
$33,499
They gave me $14,000 for my trade, which was a 2013 Prius Two with 55,000 miles. KBB shows it's worth $10,382 to a trade in excellent condition. Not sure why they gave me that much for it, but I'm not complaining!

MSRP: $46,285
Dealer discount: - $6,740
Public rebates: - $2550
AHQA Rebate: - $500
Direct mail offer rebate: - $500
Doc fee: $150
DMV fees: $54
So I walked out of the dealer with a total loan balance of $36,199. I purchased out of state, so I still have to pay titling/registration fess out of pocket.
