F1 Ford stock suspension and 17" rims

I wound up picking up a set of 17" rims I am thinking of using with my 1952 Ford F1 later on with wheel adapters. I got to do the measurements on them when I get home from work. Is anyone running larger inch rims on a stock suspension F1? If so how is the ride to you?

I may later on swap to the 74 XJ12L suspension I have put up later on, but for now I will be using what I have.

Finally got a picture uploaded of the other rims I ran across. I got a good deal on them. I will be home on the 23rd to get some measurements for possible wheel adapters/spacers.

But back to my original question anyone running larger inch rims on a stock suspension F1?

this is a 225 60 17 on a 9 inch wheel with 3 inches of back spacing that's as wide as I think you can use with a stock suspension
