I hope you meant to say GPs instead of injectors or atleast did some more vacuuming after cranking with the injectors out.
I could lie and say yes I mistyped... but I'm gonna own this one and tell the truth. I left the glow plugs in, took out the injectors, and cranked over. The oil that came flying out was new oil...and not the oil in the cylinder? Wouldn't the new oil, and cylinder oil get blasted out at same time?

Once I actually said what I typed out loud, I realized that as well.

I'm telling ya I feel like I've lost about 3.1 billion brain cells on this...which is probably where the issue REALLY lies

^^Yep.

The trying to crank and stopping sounds very much like hydrolock (not that I've seen or experienced it), but if you're sure it was because of dead batteries, you should be ok.

Same here. That's what I thought but I figured for good measure check the batteries, they were reading about 9v. Once charged for about a half hour, it started cranking over.

If it will start up now, pull the valve covers and look
At the oil squirter on each one. They should be bypassing
Some oil. If you don't see any oil from those squirters that would be your suspect injector. Also did you make sure that all the copper sealing rings were accounted for on the injector tips.

Will do.
First thing tomorrow morning I'm gonna pull of the covers, start her up, and check out the oil situation. From there I'm working backwards with the electronic aspect. If all passes then I will pull injectors- double check part numbers to ensure proper injector is in there- and hand crank to purge with injectors in and glow plugs out.

The copper washers were there. This is the second time they were put in though. Will that make a difference? Do I need to replace copper every single time I pull injectors? Even if only idled for about 45 min?

Which leads to one more question- I can't find the copper crush seals by themselves. I tried all parts stores and was told had to buy kit. Any idea where I could get?

I think you can reuse them but I would check with Jim at Rosewood. If you can't reuse them I bet he would sell you some.

A compression test wouldn't be a terrible idea, but if you don't have the adapter setup already, it's kind of a pain to make since the one fitting you need likely won't be available locally. A compression test would more or less rule out internal damage from a hydrolock, but I don't really think that's your issue.

Did you replace the o-rings on the injectors before you reinstalled them? If not, and they were buggered up, that could be a big part of the ill running issue you're seeing now.

Unless that motor fired off with that oil, ect. in the cylinders, he's fine.

The starter it's self isn't strong enough to bend or break anything in a hydro lock situation

PROBLEM RESOLVED

Even after all the wrong things I did, it was electric issue. Bought Dorman gasket and harnesses, that was the issue.
3 out of the 4 harnesses were right, but one was wired backwards. Had glow plugs trying to be injectors and injectors being glow plugs.

Cut, SOLDERED the wires, reinstalled and fired right up. No CEL, no hesitation.

Thanks for all the help everyone, turns out I forgot rule #3...always check your ****.
