Brake MC pushrod adjustment?

Hey guys, Im using an 06 hydrboost and MC in a custom application, is the factory 06 SD brake pushrod adjustable some how? I need to shorten it about 1/4".
If not, is there a way to remove the pushrod from the unit without having to take the MC off the firewall? I will have to cut it, and sleeve it with some nice DOM tubing.

I've always just shimmed the MC but in your case, you may need to shim the hydroboost pump out.. These were also in custom applications (Cobra kit cars)..

I would use washers first to get the right thickness / pedal height, then just cut it out of steel plate. You don't have to have the precision of a mill for this type of thing..

still, 1/4", and then you need approx a 1" hole thru the middle. Maybe i dont knwo how to use a hole saw, but I havent had luck using a hole saw thru such thick metal.

Use a bi-metal hole saw in a drill press, keep light pressure on it and lubricate with a light oil as you cut. I have done this with the same saws through hundreds of cuts in steel tubing as well as steel plate - all with the same saw... I may still have some spacers that were laser cut or done by myself. What is the hole spacing and what diameter center hole?

i dont have a drill press yet

the bolt pattern is from a 91, but i will get you the exact dimensions tomorrow.
If you have a spacer that will fit or be close to it that would be great!
