Well my engine light came back on after I put diesel in yesterday. $2.89 per gallon diesel. So I believe it's a fuel cap. (want to say gas cap) The change oil light came on, so I will make that appointment with Monaco Ford and do the oil, fuel filter, and run the codes.

Andy, I didn't know that you were that close to the beach. We had gone to see Dock and Dine but was surprised to see that they haven't started building yet. I had figured that they would want it done for next season.

 

It's not the fuel cap; diesel-powered vehicles don't have an evap system. Your truck doesn't care if its tank is sealed.

Curious to see what the problem is. If you're curious and in the area feel free to stop into the office, I can scan it for you.

 

I dropped it off at the dealer at 9 this morning and waiting to find out what the problem is and oil and fuel filter change. But I do appreciate the offer and maybe in the future I will take you up on it.

I bought a OBDII Blue tooth adapter to read codes. It will only connect to one of my sons lap top and neither of mine. So I am in the process of finding a blue tooth that will sync with the OBD diagnostic Interface unit.

 

I'm a bit late to the new year party it seems. Hope everyone had a nice holiday season. Wife started back to work today. She wasn't too thrilled. Anybody have experience with a short sale on a home/condo?

We should definitely try to get a gtg planned in the near future.
