68 lbs of meat is quite a bit but when you feed 220 folks with it...suddenly doesn't seem that much. Gonna have your hands full with the weather though.

Would be going back into "plant life" in the concrete business again, but if I can get away with wearing jeans to work every day, I'm good with that. Company's about 20 miles west of here too, a definite plus.

As long as it pays and its steady... that's the big selling point.
Pat, I have a canopy on my deck that the cover has seen better days (cheap cover material) so I'm going to wrap most of that in plastic. That will help break the wind and maintain temps.

You've got that right, Scott. It's a direct hire position but it's being secured through a recruiter. The minute he named the town, I know exactly the company he's talking about...and they have a good rep and pretty steady workload with the PADOT folks.
