Hike, scenic tourist traps, little known areas (maybe a small little coffee shop with a lot of history in it), little bit of shopping and the like. I really enjoy looking over the history of an area, and scenic spots that are off the beaten path a little bit (which will be great since im taking my ford).

Cannot wait till friday, I start my Basic Rider Training for my Motorcycle Endorsement.

61.1, scatter o/c but no rain. Dry as an old bone. Fortune tellers are saying their crystal ball is calling for 77 today. They were several degrees low yesterday. It made at least 81 out on the farm yesterday.

Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Home from the farm.

Have the folks loaded out for the Ryegate - Roy Mt. - Deary, Id. trip. The original plan was that I was going to drive them to Ryegate for the Chief Joe Trail Ride. Then stop by the Hatley Ranch outside of Deary, Id. for the Appaloosa Museum Fund Raiser. The plans got all screwed up when I had a last minute problem that is forcing me to stay here. They are having nothing to do with any suggestions that they stay home from the Chief Jo and then my sister could take them to Id. for the Museum Ride / Fund Raiser.

 

Evening Ford Fans'. I can hardly wait for Friday to get here.

Good night Tiny, I'm about to kick back in front of the boob tube, enjoy a toddy some elk burger chili and wait for the wife to get home.

 

FT. Stevens may be my first stop, I have been meaning to go see it for a little while now.

Its doing pretty good so far. I really get a kick out of PT on thursdays. I cant say I really enjoy the 4 mile runs I go on in my own time but.... Im going to resume riding my mountain bike to take some pressure off of my knees, they have been bugging me with all the 13hr days of pure standing and load bearing. I still have a few pounds to lose but other than that, i just need those last few college credits to get promoted.

 

Howdy all.........another day......started moving some stuff from the old shop to the new shop today..slow process....later in the week I'll crank up a couple of the old John Deere's...car show in Prineville Saturday and they let some of us old iron guys have a little display area. Another rain shower this afternoon.
