Good afternoon all. In for a late very quick lunch and then out to the ranch to break in the new chain saw.
Don't know if I'll even get a chance...outside of the written testimony. Prozanski puts a 2 hour limit on the public hearing, gives unlimited time to "invited testimony" and limits the rest of people, if time remains, to 2 minutes per person. He refuses to carry it over to the afternoon or the next day so that everyone gets a chance to testify. They do for other bills, but not for the Prozanski gun bills.
As far as trying it out, Portland and Multnomah County, along with a couple of other municipalities in that area have the toughest, insanely over zealous gun laws in the state:
1. Prohibits possession of a loaded firearm in a public place without a CHL.
2. Prohibits discharge of a firearm within the boundaries of the County
3. Prohibits endangering a child by allowing access to a firearm
4. Requires reporting a theft or loss of a firearm within 48 hours of knowing a firearm is stolen and includes penalties.
5. Extends curfew hours for minors on parole and probation for a charge related to a gun
You can not carry a firearm and have a loaded cylinder, chamber, clip(?) or magazine anywhere in your automobile or on your person at the same time without a CHL. You can't carry a firearm in plain view in your car there without a CHL because they consider your car to be a "public place".
In short, they have had over a 30% increase in just gang firearms violence alone, so we see how well those laws are working.
Back on my meds, Done ranting
Here is a video capture of me at the committee hearing last year. (bald headed fart in blue plaid, behind Capt. Mark Kelly, the bald headed dip stick astronaut that makes me ashamed to be prior Navy.)
Give em' hell, Jim.
If they want to ban the sale of guns, ammo, whatever..........Let the liberals try it out in their own house, Portland and Eugene on a trial basis........I bet the ****storm that follows will not be pretty.
And if they come out here, they know we are armed and free out in the sticks.

Afternoon folks!
I have a couple questions for y'all: other than LineX, who does a good spray in bedliner? After doing a little research they want $550 to do it, which is cheaper than me doing it.
Also: I would like to put in fog lights, some additional gauges (Like a more accurate fuel gauge....) and a few other bells and whistles. What do I need to do to my truck to do this? I would assume some wiring stuff...
P.S. I plan on putting in a new stereo system, any wires I would be aware of that will be troublesome?
