Merry Christmas to everyone
I have a question.
I just traded in my 2012 f350 for a 2014 f450.
I have the 109003 on my 2012. I was going to order an new H&S Tuner but I see that on some of the Diesel Performance sites are selling the 109003 for 11-14s.
I went to the H&S site and see that there are two different tunes 11-12s (Tune Version 6.7.34 Aug. 5, 2013) and 13-14s (Tune Version 6.8.14 Apr. 30, 2014).
Would I be able to just flash the new 6.8.14?
Does anyone have any experience with this?

You could try calling some of the diesel tuning shops and see if they can unlock it. Good luck

If you cant use the tuner on your 14, and it can be reprogrammed to another vin, say a 11, would you consider selling it?

Yes That is all you have to do. Once you set it back to stock you will be able to use it on your 2014. I done it myself going from a 2012 to a 2014. I also have a leftover UNLOCKED H&S Mini Max for a 11-14. I could not use it on my 2015 so I installed a SCT on my 2015 with 5in turbo back exhaust. It sounds a little different then 2012 and 2013. I am assuming it is because the different turbo. Not sure but I am enjoying it....
