Here is my 77 Ford engine bay with a 351M. I have done a lot of polishing of the aluminum items such as the AC compressor, jack, water neck and battery isolator. All of the brackets have been powder coated, as well as the large case alternator.

This was the state of my 300 when I got my truck. Sat for ~11 years, but fired right up and drove away. It's cleaner now, with a black valve cover and air cleaner.
Someday she'll get built up nicely and be all purdy inside. But for now, she'll just keep on chugging.

So far: Rebuilt carb, plugs, wires, fuel lines, coil, radiator, fuel pump. Then I got the motor running and found a blown head gasket so tore it down.
