Very VERY cool pics Roy. You continue to inspire me to plan for our trip west when Elyse is just a touch older. You're hitting many of the spots we plan to hit. It's funny, we were planning a big Yellowstone, Glacier, Badlands NPs tour when we bought my current truck and our previous RV. I'd been killing myself for 20 years working 7 days a week whenever possible. I'd go all night on pure greed! Anyways, the body was beat up and the wife had a great job at her hospital so I decided to cut way back and we'd use all here accumulated vacation time for a long trip with the new truck, trailer, and our CanAm Spyder. We didn't have any kids and it seemed we never would so we figured, let's have some adult fun. Exactly three weeks after both the truck and RV were ordered I got the "Uh Oh" from down the hall. Well, the tour of the western parks was officially postponed....

 

Roy, Great pics. Half the fun of getting to Wall is reading the signs along the way. Brings back memories of all those places and the animals seen there to.

Rodney, The sound of "Uh Oh" from down the hall was the sound of your daughter being on the way? I'm guessing.

 

Yep. The wife decided to figure out why things were taking so long that month. I was happily getting ready for our snowmobile trip to northern Maine and needed a little laying down time on the couch before I could drive us there after that reality hit. At least we had a lot to talk about on the 11 hour drive...

 

Well now, that just sucks!!! But thanks for the heads up.......I know not to plan a stop there in any of my travels!!!

Again like every buddy else, it's a great trip and I love following you on these trips. Wish the wife and I were there. Hopefully next year. I keep showing her these photo's, maybe I can get her to go. She's a home body, I keep telling her we are not getting any younger.
