Good afternoon everyone. It's gray and cold down here, too. We were supposed to get all the way up to 32*F today, but I have my doubts. Weather gurus predicted snow here tonight, so if Micah has snow now, we might be on track to have some tonight as forecast. I'm not going to hold my breath.
I wanted to clean out the garage over the last few days, but I haven't had access to my truck. I need it to load up the stuff in the garage so I can take it to the storage unit. Susi has been driving my truck more than I have lately. Oh well, guess it's time for another Netflix movie.
My life is so "rough" sometimes.

Morning everyone. Looks delicious Micah. I'll have to post some pictures next time I BBQ something. I started a tradition when we bought the house back in Dec 1998 of BBQing at least once a month and I've continued that tradition through the present time. I cooked a pork roast earlier this month using a brown sugar-based dry rub I came up with. It changes every time, depending on how much "heat" I want to endure at the dinner table.
Maybe we could try to start a club BBQ event during the warmer months. We could alternate locations between north and south or have it somewhere in the middle of ID. Maybe a state park or other camping location, or we could head out into the desert or forest for some dry-camping. Folks could bring their RVs and we could make a weekend outing of it.
What do you think of trying something like that? You have my number. We could discuss the parameters during the evening when you're not busy and I'm not studying.
