And I shut it off let it sit for like 5 min and let it cool done. This time I didn't have the screwdriver on it. I heard the click from the GPR and turned the key and it fired right up!! I'd still go pick up a relay now, or call ahead and order one. Mine eventually stopped clicking, and that was before I had my car as a daily driver.

Just carry a screw driver in your glove box just in case.

Hey bro, this will help you with your GRP.

It will be the last GPR you will have to buy for a while.
There are write-ups on the mod, but here it is, the Stancor GPR
http://www.dieselorings.com (purchase)

and Welcome to guzzle's White-Rodgers (Stancor) GPR replacement Mod Web Page (Write up)

P/N STANCOR relay #586-902.

If you don't believe me, just look at all the threads on it!

I'm sure there are other places you can buy the relay, but this should plant the seed.

And I never go anywhere without tools!

Well... So i thought it was all good... I tested the plugs by puting a voltage meter on the pins. And I only have 2 working. So is the glow plug really bad or is it a connecter that's sending a false reading?
And I was looking for a glow plugs and I couldn't find a part number. The one I found on fords motor craft site I couldn't find any where else.

The glow plugs you need are Motorcraft ZD11. Clay at Riff Raff Diesel has them, or you can get them off of Ebay for around 80 bucks for the set.

Were you measuring the resistance of the glow plugs, at the UVCH connectors on the valve covers, with the harnesses disconnected? If so, what resistance readings did you get? If not, then you didn't test the glow plugs.

iwas measuring the continuity of the plugs. The one was 8.5 and the other was like 4.5 and the rest where 0.

Continuity is a yes/no. The 8.5 and 4.5 were some unit of measure. What unit of measure?
