I might be dumb but I am not that dumb. I just watched a video that suggests releasing the tension on the track to remove the chain case. I will have to try that. Are the bearings pressed on or do they just slide over the shaft?

It's not my sled Chris. It's the in laws. Mason likes riding it and they never do so why not.

Some times loosening the track can allow the whole thing to wiggle enough to come loose.
But you gotta undo the driveshaft stuff to get the chain case out and so on.
