Hello, up for sale is a 1996 F250 CCSB 4x4. Outside of a brake controller it is BONE STOCK. There are no mods or upgrades. This is all original.

I am the third owner and the second owner owned it for 18 years.. All work prior to my buying it in late 2015 was done at the same Ford dealer in Missouri.

The dash cluster was replaced at a Cambell Ford in Missouri with a used unit with different miles (there are no new dash clusters). The mileage discrepancy is notated in the drivers door on a placard from the Ford dealer. You can also verify this by looking at the Carfax (one month it has like 120,000 and a few weeks later 260,000). You can also tell by the Carfax that the mileage was accurate prior to the cluster change.

The E04D transmission was rebuilt in January by a Todd's Transmissions in Jacksonville FL, and comes with a 36000 mile local warranty through that mechanic. He backs up his work, I shopped around before deciding to use this mechanic.

The tires were purchased in January and are Cooper AT3 235/85/16

The interior is near perfect. It has one small blemish in the rear seat that I show in the pictures. No cracks in dash, no rips in seats.

The bedsides were repaired due to some small rust bubbles. The rust was completely ground out and replaces with steel. It was not a MAACO job, the work was done at VAB Collision in Jax.

I have replaced the cassette deck with a clean looking (not too flashy) Blaupunkt stereo that connects bluetooth to play from your phone. The speakers were also replaced with very nice stock size speakers, Blaupunkt/ Polk Audio. I still have the original cassette player.

The computer module was replaced when the dash cluster was replaced in 2012, done at Ford before I bought it. It's on the carfax report.

I replaced both batteries in May.

The mail oil seal was replaced in April, and the dipstick was seeping so it was replaced.

The rear passenger "auto- lock" doesn't work. It needs to be locked by hand. That's it. That's all that's wrong with this truck. I am trying to be brutally honest so you know exactly what you are getting. Every light works.

I had high hopes of driving this truck for the next 20 years but my situation has changed and can no longer justify having such a nice toy. It needs to go to a better home.

I like the truck, the color of the interior; and the condition that it's in.
But ideally, I would prefer an F-350 that's been modified by Centurion and is a Crew Cab with a Super Cab grafted onto the rear of the Crew Cab; like the one in the thread linked below:

Or, an F-350 that has been converted by Centurion into a Suburban-like Bronco that is the subject of the forum linked below that is dedicated to these. I would really prefer a Centurion Bronco that is built on an F-350 DRW chassis. Some say that these had preceded the Excursion.
