Bottle jacks that work with our bumps

Bottle jacks that work with our bumps
Will a bottle jack for an early model Ford Ranger fit in the jack holder under the hood of a bump?
Looking to kind of keep the look and I do need a jack for the truck. The jacks that came off of our trucks are going for a chunk of change on the Internet. Saw one for the Ford Ranger that was reasonably priced.

The bottle jacks for our trucks were used for many years if I remember right. Not just for our body styles. I think they were all the same up to the 80's or 90's so finding one at a junk yard shouldn't be to hard at all. But I also have my original one from a dent side if you really want it I won't ask for a arm n leg for it.

Mine came with the old bottle style - remember cranking on those things as a youth.
Found this one on ebay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/251675193774?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&fromMakeTrack=trueIt's for a 80s Ranger.
Junk yards are just not widely available here - San Antonio (54 miles away) has some and the nearest wrecking yard does not allow one to muse about in their yard.
