you're way old school! It doesn't matter if the fuel pressure isn't increased. It's a constant, what more could you ask for during tuning? You're basically building an fmu with your regulation setup...if you do so then don't bother tuning it, there is little timing in these motors anyway. But with that you'll have a really crappy fuel curve. Call or email Don, he's very prompt and can explain it to you better than I can.
Does that lower have a port for IAT? It would be nice to tap that and put a lighting sensor in there so you can get a good handle on timing.

No IAT sensor that I know of or can see.
Here is the interesting thing though. When I was changing plugs and COPs I recalled seeing a red vacuum line going to fuel rail. Never thought much of it at the time. After crawling into my engine today to look things over there is indeed a vacuum line going to my OEM fuel pressure regulator.
Now this is the part ROCK Auto shows for my OEM fuel pressure regulator....

The only difference between the one shown for the F450 and mine is the vacuum reference nipple is on top of the regulator.
It appears my OEM Fuel Regulator is indeed vacuum and boost referenced!!! And its a Mitsubishi! I am going to get a mirror and see if I can find a part number one it.

Upon closer inspection my Fuel Regulator is NOT like the one I thought
Its exactly like this one:
What thru me was that the top nipple is for vacuum not a fuel return.
If it can adjust for vacuum it should be able to adjust for boost?

Do you have a mighty vac or something you can use to put 8psi on the fuel pressure regulator and see if the fuel pressure increases at the same time?
I bet you are fine with the regulator that is on there as the stock one should already be a 1:1 and increase the fuel pressure 1 psi for each psi of boost.

I have a regulated air compressor, that I use for boost leak testing my Turbo Talon. It will regulate down to 3-5 psi.
Guess its time to hook up fuel pressure gauge and add some boost to the regulator and see what happens.

Yah, been looking for bigger injectors too.
Looks like I will be dropping the tank to put in the properly sized fuel pump too.
I think 30 LB/Hr injectors should do the trick.
Will these fit the V10?

Well thanks to a member here I have a install manual for my supercharger. KB discontinued the use of a fmu for the v10 and went with larger injectors and the boost a pump. According to manual the oem fuel regulator is indeed boost referenced......cool.
The only cable needed is the cruise control cable, which I can deal with. The oem throttle cable is reused in the kit.
So, KB included 39 lb injectors that I do not have. I will be getting those along with the delta force programming software for the tune.
It's now just a matter on buying new fuel and vacuum hoses, a couple idler pulleys and I should have all needed parts.
Thinking I need to send supercharger to KB to be reworked. I see a little oil on lobes. It could be that shipping the unit to 8000 ft pushed oil out seals due to.the low air pressure up here, I do not know.
