A good way to kill all spiders is a small Home Depot propane torch. Just burn all webs and associated crevices at night. You will always see black widows at night exposed ready for a good burn. It really keeps everything under control and poison free as I have pets. However, I don't have dry debris or grass to catch on fire on property.
Get some cheap large real thin plastic rolls of "drop cloth", cover the vehicle completely to the ground. Crack open the doors or just roll down the windows and set off a few aerosol bug bombs under it. Problem solved, brown recluse is as bad.

Shock mount isn't pretty but it works. Longer shocks allowed here vs. the stock location. My version isn't as fugly, but is a similar design
As for the body lift - I'll come on board as vote number 2 to dump that worthless sucker. OR, at a VERY minimum I'd look at machining pucks that work with the stock body mounts & bushings & are 3-4" in dia. Dis a nice set of these when I did a bit of a body drop on my '74 supercab that I can dig up pics of if you need.
And last - no pics of the final flip off during the assassination of the devil's assistant???
Yours is a nice set up that looks proper. The ones on my truck are booger welded and cracked.

I would, but I have a dog that is both dumb and dumber... don't want to to chance my moron dogs life. But that is good advice on knocking them out, thank you.

Rear axle overload leaf springs....see the 2 tabs riveted on each side of the frame above the leaf springs? The ones with the duct tape rubber tube (lol), those are the stop plates if you still had over loads on the rear spring pack, that's all.

Yea, grinding is, I wont deny that. I typically wear eye, ear, and toe protection. My motley crew of shade tree mechanics friends do not always follow suit.
