Let me start by saying I hope this isn't against the rules to post something of this nature. My name is Brandon and I own a 2003 Expedition Eddie Bauer (5.4L). I have been around automotive forums for a while (first car forum I joined was crownvic.us and that was about 10 years ago. I am a graphic designer by trade (I design vehicle wrap designs at work). On the side I make novelty license plates and vinyl decals for sides of vehicles, glass, walls in your house etc, . I currently sell my novelty plates on eBay for $14.99 plus shipping but as an offer to registered members of this forum I will offer them for $9.99 + $3 shipping to anywhere in the US. I have some pre-designed plates or for an extra $5 will design you a one off custom design of your choosing. Some of the current samples are below.

As far as the printing thats great, everybody does different things and offers come up from time to time, right now I'm giving away a triple gauge pod for the A-pillar. it fits the 80-86 models and I think 87-94 were the same too but I would be interested in a rear window design, gotta think of something and get back to ya. but enjoy the site, lots of opinions, but most put you on the right track.
All plates are digitally printed with waterproof ink and treated with a UV protectant laminate. Made with .025 Guage Aluminum and have 4 fastener slots. Size is standard 12"x6".

Whenever you have something in mind send me a message and I will put it down for you and send you a proof. Any designs for windows will be sent with a protective masking that will help keep everything straight and in place as well as keep your decal from being scratched during application. After application the masking is removed.
And for those of you interested in seeing my daily driver:
(Yes the windows are LEGAL). They are covered in perforated vinyl which allows all light to pass through the perforations and can be easily seen out of even at night.
