I have 1966 f-100. Whats the easiest way to tear down front clip. where should I start first?

You're in the wrong forum section, but here's how to do it on a '67-72. Shouldn't be much different.

I'd say just keep removing the bolts until it comes off. Should be ez.
Most bolts should be 1/2" bolt head wrench size.
Hit the bolts with some wd-40 first, makes it a little easies removing them..
