Front Axle inner seal replacement?

Front Axle inner seal replacement?
I climbed under the truck to grease the front end and I realized that I have diff fluid seeping out of the passenger side. The outer seal was replaced lease then 10k miles ago.
I looked in the tech folder and did a quick search and didn't see anything. My question is this something I can do myself or is it best to leave it to someone else?

You don't have to reshim anything since your not changing any of the gears. Removing the 2 U-clamps from each side of the gear and a little prying will pull the gear out after you pull the axles out of course. You'll need a bar or pipe of some sort to bang the seals into the pumpkin from the outter axle opening. In front of the seal is a cone shaped plastic piece that will help direct the axle into the seal when you reinsert it. I pushed mine out with the seal (cuz i didn't know it was there) but it doesnt have any effect on sealing and if you do knock it out chances are its broke and cant go back in. I didn't have a problem at all getting the axle thru the seal without it anyway. Knock the seals in gently into each side from the inside of the pumpkin. I used a small ball peen hammer and it worked fine. Reinstall the gear, u-bolts, etc and close that up. I'm assuming you know how to tear down the wheel/hub assemblies?
I did see some special tools mentioned in another thread but no details
here's another thread with some pics
