2007 5.4L 3V Hesitation/Bucking @ 45 MPH under very light acceleration

Been having this issue for a couple thousand miles now.
2007 Ford Expedition Limited 5.4 3V ~ 100500 miles
no check engine light ever came on
scan guage II did not show any codes or pending codes

At around 45 MPH I give the truck a very very light acceleration and truck vibrates/shutters and hesitates. I have been searching all over this forum for answers but have not come across anything I think pertains to me or I have already done it.
I am at a loss on what to do next.

background info:
Bought the truck used with about 90k miles
issue started around 98k-99k
truck now has 100500 miles

after waiting on parts to arrive @ 99800 miles did the following:
changed the oil, oil filter, fuel filter, coil packs, added can of Berryman B-12 Fuel treatment and higher octane fuel,
@ 100150 second fillup added higher octane fuel and Lucas complete fuel treatment
@ 100500 changed the spark plugs today

Checked the resistance on the COP prior to instal and also the ones that were removed and they were all within the same range of 1.8 to 2.0

I hate the thought of bringing it to dealer, since they quoted me between $350-$500 to change spark plugs, so I did it for $76.50 spark plugs and lisle 65600 tool for $60 (which I didn't use because plugs came out easy someone already changed them correctly and they had new plug design)

Bring on the comments I am a brave and have always done my own work on trucks, I have an 04 expedition 4.6 with 158k miles with no issues, but this new 07 engines design has me running in circles.

I see a TSB AS-21769
"FORD: IF THERE IS AN INTERMITTENT LACK OF POWER, SURGE, OR HESITATION WHILE DRIVING THE BRAKES WILL OVERRIDE ACCELERATION."
Could this be my problem the hesitation shuttering is the brakes on light acceleration?

Wife just told me (guess she didn't think it was important while I was under the hood the last week) she had a surge when coming to a stop, so I am thinking TSB #07811
"HARSH 1-2 AND/OR 2-1 SHIFTS, TIP-IN HESITATION OR SURGE, AND/OR LONG ENGAGEMENT TIME. "
I only see the slight hesitation/engagement time of getting going after comming to a stop (which I think is normal on these from what I have read because of the new throttle design) but she said it surged on her when comming to a stop.

Could all this be linked?

Mine will do this every now and then.
If you apply more gas it will down shift and there's no bucking...

I think its a trans problem, not a motor problem.
I had the transmission flushed with no change...

you can't flush these transmissions unless your shop has a way to heat the new fluid, there is a thermostat inside the transmission that stops the flow of fluid if you try to flush.

I had the transmission filter and fluid drained at the pan and the problem went away.

Dealership said to try fluid and filter change, but i would probably need a torque converter.

But i was lucky it worked.

The dealer 2 miles from me wants to do the update firmware TSB for under 10MPH stop issue and start acceleration issue from a stop for $140 and said they don't know if it will fix the 40-60 mph issue and they need the truck for at least 24 hours since they are so busy lalalala and then they want to charge me $89 for a guy to sit in the truck with a laptop to trouble shoot the 40-60 MPH issue, I have told them to go stick it where the sun don't shine. I left that place disgusted so I finally got on the phone for a 3rd time with the dealer 1 hour away I bought the truck from and found a salemen willing to tell me this is a known issue for the shuttering issue to occur when lightly accelerating when your between 40-60 mph and he thinks they have a fix.
I am waiting on a call back from him to hopefully set something up for Monday because service manager is out today to have them check it out. I will definetly respond here on what they say they need to do and how much it is gonna cost me.

Hesitation, 08 Expedition

I know its been 4 years now. I found your post cause im currently have the same issue. Did you ever find out what exactly the problem was. Your last post showed that you were expecting a call back from the dealership. Any info would really help.

Yes I got it fixed, i went ahead and had the transmission hot fluid exchange done and then added the little red tube of instant shudder fix by Lube gaurd and this fixed the issue for me. Still have the truck with 165k miles and no shudder since doing this.

The dealer was no help I had a friend of a friend who is a ford mechanic tell him that this is what needs to happen. He said Ford knows of this but they want to screw you over with a $600-$2000 bill to diagnose and fix the issue when all it is is a dirty transmission and fluid life issue.
