Identifying tow package on 95 f150?

So, first post long time lurker. I think I have the towing package on my 95 F150 and reading other threads here I have figured out what to look for. So I see the blue wire here

oil cooler here

and small box next to large fuse box here

Kinda maybe?

then I have this connector back near the spare tire.

Am I on the right track, does this indicate I have the towing package and I can plug and play the teko brake controller I just purchased?

pic 1.
tow pack or not, ford ran the brake controller plug in the cab but the blue wire dead ends if it doesn't come with tow package at the firewall plug (along with many others dead ended there.)

pic 2.
sure its not an aftermarket trans cooler?

pic 3.
your showing a connector, nothing that looks like a pair of external relays.
(i dunno what that is.)

pic 4.
iv not heard of a truck with the tow pack coming without the rear tow plug already mounted.there are only 2 pins there anyway.not the 7 pin/wires the tow harness would have.

in this thread someplace,i install and show pretty decent details how to add the tow package seamlessly into the truck.i bought an f450 that didn't come with it (strange enough i know.im still in disbelieve myself).

Your oil cooler looks just like the one on my truck, which DOES have the factory tow package. I'd say that's a factory cooler.

Ya I am pretty sure it's the factory oil cooler, thanks for confirming Dixie. Any idea if it's plugged into the radiator. I have a new radiator I need to install but I am trying to figure the details on that too before I just take everything apart.

So it looks like your ford is a 96 which was more common to have the tow package on. Just wish I had something like the door sticker I could look at to see if it's there. Mine is a 95 but earlier 95 I think because it doesn't have MAF.

Thanks f250 for that write up gonna go over it. Ya the 2 pin connector is the only thing I can find in the back and while there is some info out there on figuring this out there aren't many photos.

Thanks, I'm starting to think I have no wiring other than the plug in the cab. Can't find anything in the rear at all despite having the hitch installed.

Looks like I have the fuses for the trailers brakes though, but no relay box.

nope but your close.the top one is the wiper motor and the second pic is the pcm connector.
look just to the left of the pcm plug and you'll find the other plug.

Electrical isn't my thing. Gonna have to pay someone to do this for me I think. Need it finished by the 20th to tow my trailer a long ways.

IIRC the factory heavy towing package included a plug in for a brake controller under the dash near the right side of the steering column, a seven way plug wired into the rear harness (with a 4 pin adaptor to use a regular four pin flat trailer plug), handling package (HD front sway bar, rear anti-sway bar, HD shocks), a class 4 trailer hitch and an oil cooler for the transmission.

I believe you also got your choice of the bright swing-away mirrors OR low mount towing mirrors.

I know at least the heavier F150 tow packages came with the quad-shock front end. At least my '89 and both big Broncos did...

Quad shocks is something I don't have. Everything else is there.

LLAMAS, yes the radiator has a transmission cooler as well. From the transmission, oil goes to the radiator cooler, then the external cooler behind the grill, then back to the transmission.
