95 5.8L starts and dies right away

My 1995 f150 with 5.8L has a issue. It starts and dies right away, when you start it again and give it some throttle it stumbles a bit and then seems to run fine. If you start it up right away it has no issues. If you go back a couple of hours later it dies on the first start again.
I have checked the tps it is at 1.1 volts with throttle closed and 3.4 at wide open. I have checked for vacuum leaks ,nothing found but did replace hoses from throttle body to charcoal canister. I took off and cleaned the Idle air valve.
Any suggestions as where to look now?

I'd start with hooking it up to a code reader. When's the last time it was tuned up ? When's the last time the fuel filter was changed ? Air filter changed ?

Yes, the code reader I bought last year can be hooked up to OBD I. There's more to tuneups than just the cap and rotor. Plugs need to be changed as well as the plug wires. Specially the plug wires. The heat in the engine box is pure hell on the wires.
