Picked up a 01 expedition for a amazing price Friday and the windshield had a leak so it had the same problems as a lot of you on here. The question I got is the connections to the panel itself on the back seems to be stuck. Both bolts are out, the brown connection is out the white one is stuck. Any tricks on getting it out?

 

Found a post on it and got it out. is there any way to remove the circuit board in the back of the fuse box? Im going to try to clean it up and reuse it..
