With or without manual 4wd shifter?

Want to order a set of Weathertech floor liners and they are saying product is not available if there is a manual shifter but is available without shifter. This makes no sense to me. Isn't the shape of the floor the same with or without shifter? I don't even think the liners cover the area where the shifter is but I have no problem trimming them to fit if necessary. Any help appreciated.
