Complete engine harness
injectors
radiator
IDM
Vale cover gaskets,
Under valve cover harnesses(UVCH)
Door panels, seats, dash pad, door hinges
COMPLETE suspension(worn bushings,springs,etc)
Auto trans in stock form is only really good for 100k. So I will assume it has had one or 2 already..
Everyone just thinks because the engine runs a long time the rest of the truck does too. But they wear out just like every other truck

i agree with this list.
you may not have to replace all of it, but at least do a thorough inspection of each item
