If cannot find bushings I have used pvc pipe for bushings.

Sorry my last was worded poorly. I could buy the bushing, I could not find the brackets except used. I guess a piece of small diameter pvc would work pretty well in place of the bronze bushing.

There is a mounting point on the bellhousing but it is for the hydraulic clutch in '57-'60, and that mounting point carried over through '64. The bracket for the mechanical linkage mounts to the engine block.
