Have 76 Ford F250 with stick new process 435 4 speed . I am putting new rug in and Trans shifter must come out . I am unsure how this goes back in but remember something about this has a special press in and turn clockwise? to lock in? I also know it has spring loaded cover that is installed after.
Any one know the correct proceedure.?
