Looks like some good storage room up there..

That is pretty good load of broken concrete.. Maybe some sewer pipe there as well..

Yep the loft is 44 ft long & 12 wide.........

I'll have a balcony at the back so I can see the lake better

Another man cave, I have a NASCAR rec room down stairs here ......

the back half of the loft will be living quarters on occasion
