Aftermarket Hood

Has anyone on here tried this? It says Bronco in the listing but they show it on the truck.

I think it's pretty cool, especially for only $399.

Just curious before I plunk down hard earned $$$$$

I like the style, just wanted to know if anyone had experience with them. Diesel_Brad, thanks for answering my question rather than patronizing me.

I agree with brad. And in your op you said it was for a bronco. Bronco and truck sheet metal is a direct bolt on. There is no difference between the two

No but a friend of mine did and it bolted right on. Can't speak for the quality though because 3 days later he sold it

Most glass hoods on the market are not bolt and go. They usually require 10+ hours of prep and fit to look OE.. That Said I do see that Cervani sell pre finished hoods ready to go, I have never seen one in person, but have seen them on many magazine builds

No comparison to Cervini and the hood shown in the link.

You get what you pay for,

A cervini will bolt right on and can be sprayed.

That POS in the link will require HOURS of fitting, then block sanding and still will NOT fit as good as a cervini. Trust me, I have been down that road

Have you ever used any of our products before?

We stand behind the quality and fitment of all of our products but you are correct when saying they do not come paint ready. They come with a black primer finish that will have to be removed then sprayed with a paintable primer and then painted like normal.

Is your comment based on first hand experience? Believe it or not, your cherished Cervini brand isn't the only company on the face of the earth that makes quality products. You have a lot of knowledge and experience but your attitude that any brand other than the ones you use are crap wears a bit thin.

Edited to add: You also need to be aware that not everybody can afford the highest quality parts. Sometimes people need to make due with lower priced parts just to keep their vehicle running and on the road.
