Sorry, I didn't see the line between the two (below the 6 cyl dimensions) and assumed it was the same for both.

you might check ebay, there are several bell housings for sale with starter cover installed for sale.

This is a totally non-structural part, and there are times it would be nice to be able to access the starter drive (hung starter). A flexible plastic cap like they use on the ends of pipe is all that's needed. Or a piece of inner tube clamped on and closed up on the end.
Ross understand completely. The bead I'm referring to is the small external one that keeps the cover from going into the bell housing too far. I suggested glue to replace the internal bead that held it into the BH. A clever metalsmith could add "bumps" to the outside of the new cap that would fit into the BH groove that would allow it to be snapped into place. That cap looks a lot like a front hub wheel bearing cap (hint).
