Let's talk about Diversity shall we???

Being in management for Corp America, I get to take all kinds of Diversity and sensitivity training..
The really good part about Diversity is that it leads you to one single conclusion - there is no RIGHT or WRONG!
Because if it is a WRONG that someone committed, well, it really needs to be looked at as a RIGHT because the person that committed the WRONG believes he/she was acting appropriately.
After all - Diversity training teaches us that ALL PEOPLE'S WAYS are to be respected...
So in the end you just wash all this crap down with a 5 gallon pail of happy juice (Kool-Aid) and call it good...
