Yea It's been around the clock for me too, we had a band of Thefts come through , lil *******s stole a Irrigation valve and wheel to turn the valve open and closed, a set of Tractor weights, 2 Aluminum valve vents, totally destroyed every thing trying to get it, you know these people cant get much from recycling but cost's thousands of dollar's to replace it. Y'all have a good weekend I'm on guard dog dutie

Didnt Joe say he would pitch a tent in the orchard and keep watch? lol Youre welcome Joe
My neighbor had some Emu`s and those things were mean and one helluva set of watchdogs, err birds. Then again this was the neighbor who tapped into my power behind my barn and fed his own barn..Gotta go clean my 357

Don't have my S&W 357 anymore, but I do have a S&W 9mm semi auto pistol I could use for guard duty. Of course the gas costs would kill me going to Manteca and back. I agree that what they get for the items doesn't even come close to the damage they do trying to get them. I remember owning a Dodge (Mitsubishi) D50 pickup decades ago that the thief broke the passenger side window of in order to steal a cheap K-Mart stereo. The window cost $117 to replace at the time and the stereo could be bought at K-Mart for $29.95. Made no sense to me then, and still doesn't now.
