I never turned it in, I guess they would have paid, but most was just clean up. The wiring and CATV stuff Verizon took care of, and I had siding from when we built the house
As far as the roof, my one son borrowed a pile of money a while back, so it gave him an opportunity to work some of it off repairing roof sections. Total outlay so far is under $2,000, so I'm lucky

Not planning on a future wife... I've already decided to become that grouchy old guy that only comes out of his house to yell at the neighbor kids who walk on my grass.
