The folks really like our house, so I hope they are not going to nitpick. It's actually in really good shape, could use the trim around the garage doors replaced. I've already got the trim, but didn't get around to replacing it and it's way to tense to be at the house for any length of time these days.

Another hot day in store around here, I'll try and keep the whining to a low roar.

Had a wonderful sight in my front yard this morning...

 

Isn't that a good feeling? Morning Rob! I remember when they put the SOLD sign on our last house. what a relief!

 

Sure is Pat... I'll be doing a little nail biting until it closes next month, but that is expected.

 

Like you said, have to get through the inspection. Our last house was a breeze, the guys literally told the buyers that he had to really nit-pick to find anything. And I fixe all 4 of the things he did find in less than an hour!
