Junkyard, or get a new one.
I can't remember if that gray bezel just snaps in around the control panel or if there's a couple screws, but it shouldn't be hard to figure out.
After it's off, you'll see the bolts that hold the HVAC control panel in. Take them out, disconnect the cable, vacuum lines, and wiring and take a look at the back of the panel.
The switch in question switches both vacuum and power, and should just come out with a couple screws on the back of it.
