Front wheel bearing replacement

I am having trouble pulling the front wheel bearing off on my '03 F250 2WD V10. The outer bearing is destroyed. The seal and shell that holds the rollers in place is destroyed. 3 or 4 of the rollers are missing, and the inner collar is froze to the spindle. What is the best way to break the inner collar loose from the the spindle?

If you can get at the inner collar you can apply a touch of heat to one spot, it will expand the ring and should let it slide off without harming the spindle. Or take a dull chisel and hammer on it, that will also expand the ring.

With some heat, a large heavy duty wheel puller attached to the rotor and some love taps from a 4lb sledge to a block of wood on the backside, I was able to remove it.
