AIR I NEED AIR!!!!!!!!!

I went out and got myself an f-350 DRW! I checked my tire pressure on the front tires and the outside rear tires with no issues. I attempted (Note that I attempted) to check and adjust the air for the inside wheels..... Son of a .... well you know where I am going with this. It takes an act of god or removing the wheels to get to the valve stem. I have noticed that big trucks with dual rear wheels have a cross flow system that they use to equalize the air and add air to both tires from a single Schroeder valve. I have found 2 systems out there that seem like they would work ok, but they both will force me to remove the center hub cap that makes the truck look nice. I just plunked down a grand a month for 6 years to buy it. I don't want to hurt it's looks. (yet) Dose someone sell a system for a truck like mine that will mount in such a way that it will still look nice? So far I have seen the cross fire and the cats eye systems out there.

Please make me love my truck again.... Having to remove the outside tires to adjust air pressure is making me not love it so much right now.

Search is your friend. This has been discussed at length already. But I'm feeling generous.

blow your nose, lol sorry haad to , in all seriousness you could also take your wheels/tires off and clock the stem 180 degrees of each other. you can also hit up a truck stop(or similar) and get a longer air aguge

autozone sells an air valve extension for duallys to bring the air port from the inner wheel out to the outer wheel. this has been in existence as far back as I can remember. 12 bucks or so for 1 pair.
