spark plug breaking up and falling into cylinder

Anyone hear about sparklpugs disintegrating and falling into the cylinder on the 5.4L f-150's

How many miles on the plugs? I think ford recommends you change the plugs at 100k. If you actually have more than 50k on them I strongly recommend taking you truck into the dealer. My neighbor tried to do the plugs on his 10' f-150 with the 5.4 and all but one broke off the extended insulator and he had to have it towed in for the job anyway.
