Thats cool Micah. I currently have a Nikon D60 with a few lenses. But my Nikon is several years old now and the technology has gotten better since I had bought it. I am looking at getting the D5300 from Nikon.
Morning Micah! Sounds like a fine way to spend the day! I'm heading to my brothers place after work, to continue on with the engine removal of our 68 Mustang.
Good morning everyone. Micah, take some photos of the trout. Consider it a warm-up for the wedding shoot. I hope your arm will be loose enough to do a wedding photo shoot.
My primary camera is my high-school graduation present...a Minolta SRT201. How's that for being behind the times? It's getting more difficult to find a film processing place. Walgreen's has been the only place lately, and the last time I was there, their film processor was down for parts. I need to upgrade some day.
Morning Craig! Yeah, I have a really nice Minolta film camera, but I gave up using it long ago. We're going to look into a new digital one, to replace the one we have now. I want a good one this time, that I can change lenses on .

My wife had it repaired as a birthday present a few years back. It works fantastic again.
I'd like to get a good digital camera, too. It'd be nice to use the lenses I currently have; bayonet mount - how's that for a blast from the past? That way I could use my special effects and color filters. Oh well, one can dream.

Anyway I will try and get some pics. Most likely I wont bring my camera though because I dont want to risk losing it out of the canoe lol
Susi and I paid off our car loan today. That should help out with the monthly expenses. Now it's time to start seriously working on the truck and Mustang. Those vehicles have been neglected over the last year or two due to my job loss in November 2012.
