3 die as tornado hits Virginia campground

 

That's terrible George. I've driven past that campground dozens of times.

 

Evening Virginia.

 

Morning everyone. Man I am sore! Two days ago we had a crazy storm rip thru here. They are calling it a microburst. All I know is that it dumped a few inches of rain in just a few minutes and the wind was so strong that it almost flipped my moms escape whilr I was in it. The wind tore thru our town and toppled hundreds of trees everywhere. One of the worst hit areas was the Silverwood theme park/rv park. Tons of rvs are badly damaged from trees landing on them. Luckily no one was injured badly that I have heard of.

Once I cleared our road of trees my dad and I took our saws his tractor and my truck and helped in recovering people and their rvs out of the rv park. I have never seen a storm like this up here.

Tim im already balding lol. You know that lol. Im just glad most of the clean-up is done now after the storm.

And I dont care about the balding but the grey in my beard is driving me crazy lol

 

We drove home from NC in that! it was bad. Glad to be home safe.
That's 2 Tornados in 2 weeks for me.
