Torque Pro Ford 6.7L Extended PIDs
#46
I just use 100, but use the digital number gauge not a circle/arm analog style gauge. see numbers from 100-1200 without issue.

Just curious on these PID's and extended PID's, while using the Torque Pro app, can the use of these items be "seen" but the dealer during a scan? Other than the obvious issue with putting in a bad PID which can cause issues with the trucks ECU. I only ask because I am concerned if they are used and the dealer can see the use of such can the dealer use it to exclude warranty coverage or extended warranty coverage for something?
I would like to add a bunch of these to my Torque Pro app for my 2011 6.7 because of the currently limited ones within the app. For example I only have EGT1 as part of the app so I would like to add the extended PID's for the other 3 EGT sensors, but I am still under extended warranty.
thx

Excellent work on these PID's, use on the 2011 6.7 is great. My only issues seems to be with the Apps built in HP and Torque values. I'm only hitting around 150 HP +/- when the truck works the hardest with Torque values of the low 200's +/-. I was hauling my 14000 lbs 5th wheel and would have assumed much higher readings. Much lower values with no trailer.
I have the weight set at 8200 lbs, I tried changing to a higher value to add the camper to see what happened but no major change in the data. I have the engine size set to 6.7 L. Anyone else seeing similar low values?

download the plugin.
there are so many elements you could display and so much room its hard to decide what really matters..
I have the 4 EGT sensors in line, with soot and miles since regen below them.
Oil & coolant and regen on/off on the left side.
I don't watch boost.
