1999 f350 dually--too high in rear

I purchased a 1999 350 dually--it has the larger ring gear and extra heavy duty rear springs--also it is a 4x4. My problem is that I want to tow a fifth wheel camper and the rear needs to be dropped about 5 inches or more to sit level Has anyone run into this before?? the rear of the truck sits very high

Are the springs on the camper on top of the axles or under. If you put the springs on top you should be fine.
