About that time to go to electric fuel

The other day I found a substantial fuel leak coming from the valley. I looked at it closer and determined its from the machanical lift pump. I told myself I wouldn't go to electric fuel till this one tanks a dump, now is as god a time as any.

My initial research shows Bullydog, barnonediesel, CPR, and Beans.

I have read a number of threads that vouch for all of them so I was wondering what you guys thought was the best value for the money?

Thanks

Check out Strictly Diesel's fuel kits out of Arizona. Believe this is the route I'm going when wife gives permission. At least another option to consider.

Contact Dave at vegigarage, he has a slick E-fuel setup he just put a kit together for. I dont see it on his website but I know a guy here who just put it on and he said its top notch.
Its not related to vegi at all other than the OBS has to have E-fuel before converting to vegi so he made a kit.

That looks like a good kit. I noticed that both this kit and the Beans kit uses Bosch pumps but Beans is good up to 250 cc injectors while this is good for 160cc. Beans right now is a little cheaper. Anyone have experiance with the Beans?

If you have the cash the Strictly / Driven Diesel kit is the way to go. Without a doubt the best kit available. I have the top end kit. The only issue I had with it was the driver side rear fuel fitting wouldn't get tight in the position I wanted it in. Doesn't leak but its not as tight as I would like.

I have the kit, this was a few years ago now, that addresses the plumbing from an existing or customer provided pump and filter setup. They didn't have the full system they offer now back then. What I call the top end kit came with just the fittings, lines, regulator etc to eliminate the fuel bowl. No hose or anything to feed and return from the pump and filter.

I really can't say that you will ever need the race kit. I kinda doubt it. But thats up to you.
