It's really amazing how fast you put these trucks together Dave, what's your secret? Looking very nice, Why are you repainting your panel? Are you doing a colour change?

I think it will be another 2 months before it's finished , Yes window is tinted , lots of sun and hot weather here. These are the before shots . The panel paint had problems from the start , blisters and orange peel . Now the blisters are breaking and primer showing . The truck is going on 7 years and 24,000 miles , of every day use . It needs a little TLC .

If the 56 is like the 48-52's, you may regret the tinted rear window. I don't drive at night much, but when I do it is like being in a House of Mirrors. The rear view mirror sees the reflections from what is in front of the truck, because the rear glass is so close to vertical. But mine is done with film, maybe that's the problem?

Didn't think of the mirror problem . Don't have any problem with tinted windows in the panel Or the 50 Dodge Pickup I had . If it is a problem I will make a cover for the mirror and use the side mirrors .

Very nice! I thought about putting up one of those steel buildings when I built mine. How do you like the building?
