I have 2 03 expy's 1 with nav and one without. I am going to sell the one with nav but would like to keep it and install it in my non nav expy.

what all is involved ? plug and play? swapping pieces of harness?

Not sure about an '03, as it seems like they're all just a little bit different... the head unit itself should be a straight forward swap. It's the wiring that may or may not be in place in the non-nav truck. And trying to pull all the pieces from the nav truck wiring harness would be next to impossible. You may need to buy that harness separately. Also will need the GPS puck to mount somewhere. That's all I can think off hand. Good luck tho, and I'd be doing the same thing!
