Badger vs Sealed Power

What pistons would you use in a rebuild for a 223 inline 6? No crazy upgrades or accessories. Just a .030 over rebuild to get it back in running order for a couple easy dives a week? Any thoughts? I'm seriously tempted by the price tag on the Badger Pistons. But I hear they are not as strong, not as consistent in size, etc. Is this legit? Is it enough of a concern to avoid them? Thanks.

A hypereutectic piston is stronger than a run-of-the-mill cast piston but in a more-or-less stock engine it may never be an issue. I doubt there's much difference between different brands of equivalent pistons.

IMHO...check with a couple local machine shops.......they may not have a specific recommendation but they will certainly tell you who to avoid.......sometimes that's a lot better!
